What fabrics do you use? Are they washable?
All our products are made from soft, cozy, and pet-safe materials. Fleece, cotton, and batting are carefully chosen so your piggies can snuggle, tunnel, and explore without worry. Blob and Croissant give everything a thorough sniff-test before it even hits the shop! š¹
Are the items washable? How should I clean them?
Absolutely! Most items can be machine washed on a gentle cycle and air-dried. For extra long-lasting fluffiness, we recommend putting your piggieās snuggle cup or tunnel in a laundry bag. Blob insists on this step as it keeps the ācozy magicā intact. āØ
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders usually ship within 3ā5 business days. Blob tries to speed things along, but sometimes sheās busy supervising the fluff-testing.
Do you ship internationally?
Not just yet! For now, weāre shipping within the U.S., but Blob and Croissant are keeping an eye out for the day we can send snuggly goodies worldwide. Stay tuned! šš¹Ā
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Oh no! Thatās why we double-check every item before shipping. If something does arrive damaged, contact us and weāll make it right. Blob and the herd will supervise the replacement process personally.
Ā Can I return it if my piggie doesnāt like it?
We believe every product is herd-tested and piggie-approved, but we understand tastes differ. If your piggie isnāt happy, reach out within 7 days of receiving your order and weāll find a solution.
